QImageの縮尺と描画方法

Question

私はPython PyQt4を使用しています。私がやりたい

：

（1）1280×1024から860x480へのイメージをスケーリングし、QImageWidgetに表示されます。

（2）マウスを使用して画像上に線を描きます。
