何か試してみると、間違ったバージョンのcuDNNが混乱しているように見えます。 CUDA 8.0ではcuDNN v7.0.2（2001年9月7日）ではなく、CUDA 8.0用にcuDNN v6.0（2017年4月27日）が必要でした。
