Question

レコード/カウントはeventDetails.eventDelivery.stateCode = "Y-FINISH"である必要があります。配列リスト内のどの要素にあってもかまいません。

stateCode = "Y-FINISH"がアレイリストにあるかどうかを確認したいだけです。
