Pdf Merge/Overlap with iText

実際はかなり簡単です。 PdfWriterオブジェクトにはGetImportedPage()というインスタンスメソッドがあり、PdfImportedPageオブジェクトを返します。このオブジェクトはPdfContentByteのAddTemplate()メソッドに渡すことができます。

GetImportedPage()は、取得するオブジェクトとページ番号がPdfReaderです。 PdfWriterのDirectContentプロパティのインスタンスからPdfContentByteを取得できます。
