_imp___ZN7pcrecpp2RE6no_argE次のコンパイラエラーが発生しますがマングルされた名前です。それにはpcrecppとno_argという部分が含まれているため、Pcrecppにリンクできないことが問題であると思われます。したがって、no_argシンボルは定義されていません。
