2つのコマンドをダブルアンダースコア&&で結合して実行しようとするため、Gruntが失敗します。

grunt-exec 2.0.0に表示されるa bugです。 3.0.0にアップグレードしても問題は解決しませんでしたが、~1.0.0にダウングレードすると問題が解決しました。
