pip install -U pysftp error

Question

私はPythonには新しく、SFTPツールをビルドしようとしています。私はすでに "python install.py install"コマンドを使ってpysftpをインストールしましたが、何とか動作しません。

私はmac os10.11.5、python2.7、pip8.1.2を使用しています。
