Pythonバージョン？下に戻ります。どうして？修正？

Question

少し前に多くのPythonで遊んだ。 MacBookに大きなクラッシュがあった（すべてが修正されたと思った）が、今バージョンをチェックすると下の出力が得られる。また、ピップは機能しません。 誰かが、バージョンコールの結果がどのように、あるいはなぜそれが理由であるかを知っていることは間違いありません。 おそらく私のシステムを整理する方法の指針があります。
