ASP.netのNewtonsoft.Jsonを読み込み中にエラーが発生するコアMVCアプリケーション

ASP.net Core 1.0 MVCサイトを実行しているときに次のエラーが発生します。同じソリューションでローカルプロジェクトへの参照を追加した後に開始されました。これらの参照はすべてWeb.configにタグを追加するように記述されていますが、明らかにASP.Net Coreでは動作しませんし、appsettings.jsonファイルを読むことで失敗します。

はそれを考え出しました。ソリューションのすべてのプロジェクトを実行し、.Net Framework 4.6を使用するように変更する必要がありました。明らかに、この問題の原因は4.5.xから4.6に修正されました。
