Macでscipyをアップグレードする

Question

私はscipyをアップグレードしたいです。私はpipを使ってscipy --upgradeをインストールしましたが、これはエラーです。どうすればいいですか？私は同じ問題を表示し、その後、face_recognitionをインストールしようとした
