コードをコピーして、データセットzipファイルazure python libraryをアップロードして問題を再現しようとしましたが、失敗しました。

エラー情報によると、ネットワークレイヤの問題であるようです。多分後でやり直してみてください。

私の経験によれば、以下のような提案があります。

1. ConfigurationタブでSecure transfer requiredオプションが有効になっているかどうか、ストレージアカウントを確認してください。その場合はprotocol='http'コードを削除するか、httpsに変更してください。
2. 使用しているストレージAPIによると、Azure Storage Python SDKの旧バージョン0.20.3です。古いバージョンではなく、新しいバージョン0.34.3を含むデータセットzipファイルをアップロードして、もう一度やり直すことができます。
