extrasというフォルダがあり、その中にcurltester.phpスクリプトがあります。

私はカールがそのスクリプトから最初に働いていることを確認します。スクリプトをロードするには、そのディレクトリの.htaccessファイルを編集する必要があります。

エラーはFECに関連していないようです。
