android.support.v4ライブラリでエラーが発生しました

Question

私のプロジェクトでAndroid Skype SDK sample codeを使用しようとしていますが、android.support.v4 not foundというエラーが表示されています。
android-support-v4.jarファイルは既に私のlibsフォルダにあります。
