ElasticSearchクライアントの作成中にエラーが発生しました

Question

ElasticSearchとKibanaをインストールしました。 Packetbeatからimport_dashbord.exeを試してみましたが、Windows PowerShellでコマンドを実行しているときに次のエラーが発生しました。

localhost：9200およびKibana on localhost：5601でElasticSearchを実行しています。

同じエラーになります Windows 7に「Elasticsearch」、「Kibana」をインストールしても正常に動作していましたが、新しいダッシュボードの読み込みが難しいです。 解決策はありますか？
