HTTPヘッダを取得します。あなたのケースでは、ipinfo.ioの要求を受け取ったシステムがこれをチェックして、呼び出し元のIPを簡単に返すことができます。

しかし、ipinfo.ioは送信サーバーのIPアドレスを検出しているようです。つまり、LANまたはプロキシサーバの背後にいる場合、ipinfo.ioは実際のシステムのIPではなくそのIPアドレスだけを検出します。このためには、HTTPヘッダX-Forwarded-Forが使用されます。
