ですQTKitにリンクしていますか？プロジェクトでQTKit.frameworkが参照されていない場合でも、Interface BuilderによってQTMovieViewが追加されます。

QTMovieViewを使用するには、QTKitにリンクする必要があります。 Xcode 4は、リンクされたライブラリリストを別の場所に移動します。 Xcodeのドキュメントを参照してください。
