スウィフトプレイグラウンドでMS認知サービスVisions APIに画像を送信しようとしています。

特に、他のコグニティブサービスのプロパティ（つまり、顔や感情）がサポートしていないと考えている場合は、マルチパートのMIMEを気にしない方が良いでしょう。
