問題は、WindowsとPowerShellのgitが標準の入力/出力/エラーマッピングに問題があり、powershellが情報をエラーとして解釈するために発生しました。
バッチファイルでpowershellスクリプトを置き換えて、対応するタスクを使用すると、問題が解決しました。
