Weeblyの+ボタンをデフォルトで開く方法

Question

説明を表示するために+ボタンをクリックする必要がないように、説明+ボタンをデフォルトに設定しようとしています。デフォルトで開いていて閉じられることができます。ここには現在のコードがあり、デフォルトで開くように操作できませんでした。
