py2celを使用してコンパイルされた.xlsファイルを読み書きするためにpyexcelを使用するプロジェクトで作業しています。

コンパイルしてpyexcel、pyexcel-io、pyexcel-xlsがlibrary.zipフォルダにあることを確認した後、このエラーが発生します。
