SSISを使用してExcelファイルを開くことができません

SSISを使用してExcelファイルを開き、SQL Serverにデータをインポートする前にデータを更新しようとしています。私のdtsxパッケージは、Excelファイルを開こうとするコード行に失敗しています。

コードは簡単で、hereから取得しました。
