クリスタルシークバーの水平スクロールを無効にする方法

Question

クリスタルシークバーを水平スクロールに使用していますが、スクロールを無効にする必要があります...クリスタルセクバーの相対レイアウトがディセーブルモードの相対レイアウト内にあるので、crystalseekbarをスクロールしたくありませんディセーブルモードでのレイアウト。

親レイアウトを無効にすることは可能です。しかし、これは内部の子供を無効にすることはありません。シークバーを無効にするには、seekbar.setEnabled(false);
