Jsvc apacheデーモンが1024以下のポートをルート権限でバインドしていません

Question

ポート636でリッスンするルートとしてデーモンを実行しようとしていますが、java.net.BindExceptionが表示されています。 OSはCentOS 7です。スクリプトに何か不足していますか？

を開始/停止するために私のスクリプトであり、init（）メソッドではroot権限を必要とするすべての操作を置くためのapacheデーモンが必須です。
