EF 6コードファーストデータベースモデル生成エラーから

VS 2015最新アップデートがインストールされ、すべてのパッケージが最新です。次に、データベースからコードを使用してデータモデルを再生成する際に、ほとんど毎回エラーが発生しました（私はT4を少しカスタマイズしました）。前にこのエラーがあったことはありません。 VS 2015を再起動したり、ワークステーションを再起動してこのエラーを解決することはできますが、必ずしもそうとは限りません。誰もが同じ問題を抱えています。ご協力いただきありがとうございます。
