Ajaxリクエストでテンプレートが見つからない - Rails 3.1

Question

私はRuby 1.8.7でレール3.1アプリを持っています。私はajaxを介して連絡先を作成しようとしていますが、欠落しているテンプレートエラーが続いています。

以前はcreate.js.erbではなくCreate.js.erbという名前を付けたと思います。
