ローカルのMavenレポでappengine-gcs-client-0.6.pomを見つけます。

Mineは$ HOME/.m2/repository/com/google/appengine/tools/appengine-gcs-client/0.6/appengine-gcs-client-0.6.pomの下にあります。

バージョンの範囲を最新バージョンに変更します。
