Eclipseはlayer-listオプションを私のために表示しないので、ADT plugin + Eclipseバグ（または機能:)のいずれかです）。

layer-listそれはあなたが手動でそれを作ることができるので、それにlayer-list要素を持っているdrawableフォルダ内だけでxmlファイルです：

<layer-list xmlns:android="http://schemas.android.com/apk/res/android"> 
    <item>
