をアップグレードした後で@ionic/app-scripts : 3.1.0にアップグレードした後、node_modules/@ionic/app-scripts/dist/template.js:153に移動し、コードの行をこの

に置き換えて修正できます

これはバグのリリース直後の修正です。 @ionic/app-scripts : 3.1.1バグが修正されました。

package.json app-scriptsを3.1.0から3.1.1に更新しました。そのモジュールを削除してnpm -iを実行しました
