完了とは、システムがPNSにメッセージを配信し、PNSからエラーを返さなかったことを意味します。ターゲットが見つかりませんでした。システムが送信要求の通知を送信するデバイスを検出できませんでした。たとえば、タグfooにメッセージを送信できますが、システム内にそのタグと一致するデバイスはありません。だから私たちはターゲットが見つからないというメッセージを報告します。
