ヘロクでrake db：migrateコマンドを実行しようとしていますが、この問題が発生しています。

これは、移行のクラス名を変更し、移行ファイル名の名前を変更しなかった場合に発生します。

例えばマイグレーションクラス名

AddDeviseToCustomers 

ならば、移行ファイル名は
