EF Core 1.1から2.0へのアップグレード

EF1.1をEF2.0にアップグレードした後で、移行を実行できません。

この問題を解決するにはどうすればよいですか？

EF Core 2.0 Preview 1には、Visual Studio 15.3 Previewが必要です。インストールする必要があります。
