OpenOPCをubuntuにインストールするには

OpenOPCをインストールしようとしています。これまでのところ、私は次のことを試してみましたし、それが次の出力を示しています

ので、PyPIpipで何のダウンロードパッケージがそれをダウンロードすることはできませんがあります。 SFからダウンロードし、解凍してインストールする必要があります。
