プロパティファイルからの値が読み込まれず、nullが返される

Question

プロパティファイルから読み込み、PropertyApplication.javaのプロパティファイルの値を使用しようとしています。私は適切な設定でapplicationContent.xmlファイルを設定し、正しいプロパティを使用していることを確認しました。ただし、印刷するとnullになります。何か不足していますか？
