これは、特定のポート上で実行するサービスまたは別のIOTインスタンスの失敗したシャットダウンすることができます。このエラーは、ログに基づいてmavenテストを実行しているときに発生します。

手動ですべての不要なプロセスを殺害した後、もう一度試してください。 また、以下のmavenコマンドに従ってテスト実行をスキップして、Mavenビルドをトリガーすることもできます。

mvn clean install -Dmaven.test.skip=true
