一方、アプリはアップデートを受け取っていません。また、アプリユーザーがログアウトすると、Webサイトユーザーは更新されません。しかし、Webサイトのユーザーがログアウトしてからログインすると、再度正確なオンラインユーザーリストが表示されます。
何らかの理由で、アプリは他のアプリやウェブユーザーの変更を検出しません。また、Webユーザーは、アプリケーションユーザーではなく、お互いの変更を検出します。また、初期ログインの後、コンソールに何も触れていないので、apirtc（すなわち、接続ユーザの更新なし）を伴う活動が示される。次
