• 電子チケットが発行されていない場合は、キャリアの名前の変更制限テーブルを参照してください。
• 電子チケットがレコードで発行されると、一部の通信事業者は名前の変更を許可する可能性がありますが、そうでないものもあります。名前 の変更に関する特定の検証キャリアについては 電子チケットプロファイルを参照してください。

これが許可されているかどうかを確認する必要があります。
