npmインストールx509がWindows 10で動作しない

私のインストール可能ファイルを確認しましたが、v110はVS 2012 VC++の再配布可能ファイルではありません。私はMS VS VC++ビルドツール2012からインストールしましたが、引き続き同じエラーが発生します。

このビルドを行うにはVS2012をインストールする必要があります。しかし、私はubuntu 16.04 LTSをうまく使いこなしました。
