RSSフィードが正しくレンダリングされない - MVC 3を使用する

Question

MVC 3、VBNET、EFを使用してRSSフィードを生成しています。しかし、IEでフィードURLを見ると、正しく表示されません。文字列とHTMLタグがエンコードされています。また、画像はレンダリングされた出力がコード
