Android以外のお支払いはアメリカ以外の配送先住所を受け付けません

私は支払い処理としてAndroid Pay with Stripeを使用しています。ただし、配送先住所が不要な場合はすべて正常に動作します（終了時に支払いを完了できます）。setShippingAddressRequired()（MaskedWalletRequestの作成時）を設定すると、Android Payで米国以外の配送先住所の選択が許可されません。 「配信先アドレスを追加」をクリックすると、私の（米国以外の）アドレスのリストが表示されますが、下に表示されている「ここではサポートされていません」というテキストがグレー表示されています。
