xmlで画像の画像サイズが大きくなるにつれて画像サイズが増加しない

質問を読む前に、画像をチェックしてください。ここでは、左端の円のサイズを大きくしたいが、画像サイズに関係なくこのサイズで固定されている。誰も助けることができます。
