WindowsにIBM-Loggingプラグインをインストールできない

Question

RHELにIBM-Loggingプラグインをインストールできますが、Windowsにインストールすることはできません。エラーメッセージは "logging-cli-win64_v1.0.2.exe：％！（MISSING）は有効なWin32アプリケーションではありません。"このインストーラ（Windows用のプラグイン）は壊れていますか？
